PowerPulse Nexus (Pty) Ltd shareholder portal

This portal is intended only for shareholder registration and administration. PowerPulse Nexus (Pty) Ltd was formerly named Loadshedding Solution (Pty) Ltd and traded as PowerPulse Innovations; that history may appear on legitimate older company records.

Information we collect

We collect identity and passport or ID details, contact details, address information, login information, investment selections, transaction and share records, referral activity, and banking details supplied for shareholder payments or distributions.

Why we use it

We use this information to create and maintain shareholder records; assess and administer registrations; communicate with applicants and shareholders; verify, record and report transactions; issue certificates; manage authorised referrals; make legitimate shareholder payments; secure the portal; and meet applicable legal, tax, accounting and corporate-record obligations.

Banking and account security

Account numbers entered in the authenticated portal are encrypted before being stored. The portal does not ask for, and you must never provide, a banking password, PIN, CVV or one-time password (OTP). Passwords are stored as salted password hashes rather than readable text.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by authorised staff and service providers that support hosting, email, SMS, accounting, legal compliance or shareholder administration. We do not publish shareholder information through this portal. We disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect the company, its shareholders or the service.

Retention

We retain records only for as long as reasonably necessary for shareholder administration, legal obligations, dispute handling, security and audit requirements. Corporate and transaction records may need to be kept for statutory periods.

Your choices and requests

You may update contact and banking information after signing in. To ask about access, correction, deletion where legally permitted, objections, or the handling of personal information, contact admin@powerpulsenexus.co.za. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
